I gotta feeling

My life has been so depressing for the past month. Like, ultimately depressing. But I think there should be a turning point soon, or I am doomed. It has got to be a turning point somewhere somehow, soon!

Also, I realised that by blogging anonymously has its downfall too because I wont be able to include/talk about anyone I know as well! What if they Google their own names, right? What if? This is so annoying. Its even worse that blogging non-anonymously.

So I am considering if I should go back to my old url and all. Sigh. I hate making decisions like this. I am super duper indecisive.

If only we could blog with our minds

I have long lost the ability and patience to put my thoughts into words like how I used to do so well. I have no idea how it happened nor when it happened. All I know is that, it had happened. Hah! Sounds so corny but its true. On the other hand.... I have grown lazier and lazier. On so many occasions that I have thought of good materials to blog about but I was just too lazy, too impatient and too incompetent to blog. I mean, you have to write well, be it funny, well versed or engaging, you have to write well to make things interesting to read, no?

Oh well. I need more motivation to pen down, in this case, type down my thoughts. Its a good exercise to broaden my vocabulary as well as to brush up on my writing skill. Perhaps some pictures occasionally would be good too. Hehe. I know, I know. I am just vain. But who isnt? :P

Okay. Pictures next time and good materials next time as well.

Sore Throat

I have been having this annoying sore throat for about 2 weeks now. I want to cry cause it is only getting worse and I have to work tomorrow, as a tel-op. Someone should just kill me. I am also having headache, which is somehow connected to my throat. The pain I mean, not the reason.

Anyways, 11 days ago I celebrated my birthday :D I mean, 12 days ago cause I celebrated a day earlier. We had buffet at Burswood. It was pretty good. The ambiance was nice. Very welcoming. The food was good too but I was hoping that they would have something Asian. They had Thai green chicken curry tho, which wasnt up to par in my opinion. But overall it was good!

Ok. This sore throat is making me losing my mood to blog. I shall start making my chicken sweet corn soup now before I lose the mood too. I am starving!

Love.

Sometimes I wonder if love is really worth doing so many things for, if not everything. I personally enjoy the process of courtship a lot because I think that bit of mystery about the other half would be attract me most. It would keep you thinking the whole day and that person is practically on your mind all the time. And when you finally get to know everything about that person, then whats next?

I do enjoy being in a relationship, being in love and being loved. But at times things get a little too familiar and I wonder how does it last? I mean, how is it going to last for years to come? Maybe I am just a person who might get bored of the same thing over and over again. But for, lets say 20 years. 20 years of the same thing. Can the sparks remain? That I cannot say!

But then again, I suppose some things are not to be thought through. You just have to go with the flow and face it as it comes. But just, what if?

Too much salt

I cooked chicken + corn soup again but I put too much salt this time. *sigh* But I don't want to waste it so I am consuming overly high in sodium soup. Hope my hair doesn't come off. Hehe.

So! My best friend announced to me a few days ago, possibly over a week ago, that she is planning to get married in Oct 2011. Being overly excited, we were both ooo-ing and aaa-ing over pretty pretty wedding pictures over the Internet. Oh, she is based in Scotland, by the way so we were communicating over emails since she is at work most of the time.

I discovered SO MANY pretty weddings!!! It got me started to think and plan of my own wedding lol. I already have in mind what colours it will involve, mostly my favourite colours. I don't want to type it out! What if someone steals my idea! Then I will cry. And be left with no wedding. *mortified*

I was contemplating if I should put pictures in this blog and of course, to blog under full anonymity or not. And I came to the conclusion that I will go with the flow!! So yea, hopefully there will be some pretty pictures in here in the future.

Opsie.

I did something really bad today. Something really, really bad. Well, it is actually something I did not do.

You see, the boyfriend wanted to watch this Indian movie with me. So I thought hey, lets call Bhav up so she can come over and watch. So I called her and she said will can only come in 3 hrs' time so I said fine and we'ld wait.

So, about an hr before her arrival, we both fell asleep after a cuddle or two. The next thing I knew was my phone was ringing and I urged the boyfriend to fetch it. It was Bhav he said and shes here. I looked at the time and thought. Ah, shes an hr late. Then I looked at my phone with 4 sms and tonnes of miss calls. Then I realised.

She was here on time, with my dinner and I didnt hear my phone ring(it was in the living room) and I didnt hear the doorbell ring either! Well, so didnt the boyfriend :P

She was so worried for us that she cried when we finally opened the door! She thought we got bur glared and murdered and she even went to talk to our neighbours! I was flooded with guilt. Like flooded!

But she is fine now :P Sorry, darl! *mwahs*

Gadgety Val

Yays! Have finally decided to purchase the Dell Mini 10 :D Happiness! But thats only happening in a week's time cause I am buying it through Malaysia's Dell and I want to have it delivered while I am there and I will be back there in.... *does calculation* a week's time! Whee!

I am begining to suspect that I am more of a gadget girl compared to the dressy type. I just love to buy gadgets! Been buying so many things recently. The Wii + accessories, new Canon camera, new monitor, new pc, new wireless keyboard and nouse, new speakers and now a new lappie! Hopefully new phone when Palm Pre launches in Oz.

Gadgets aside, I have been feeling ill for a long, long time now! But not thoroughly ill, just feeling fatigue and sick-ish. Pretty annoying. Hope I wont get suspected as getting the swine flu when I pass the M'sian custome hee-hee.

Oh! I also bought The Sims 3 on the day it was launched! BUt I havent play! Cause I want to get a new and better graphic card that supports it better. Apparently people have been having problems with incompatible drivers or something like that. Gosh. The last time I played The Sims it was in high school! Can't wait to get started!

Tea

Am having stomachache at the moment. Some serious bowel movement. Heh.

Just finished a mug of hot green tea, perfect for this uber cold weather. I like green tea. It is almost the best tea ever besides the fact that Lychee tea is better. Or TGY Chinese tea. Sorry, Can't make up my mind.

It was so boring at work today that my sore throat did not bother me a lot at all. Or maybe its the fact that I brought a bottle of honey water with me. It is so quiet nowadays that I am begining to believe that recession has hit us really hard that people stop taking taxis. Comparatively, it used to be a lot busier. On a Saturday evening, we are getting like 5 calls in the queue. We used to get like 30-40 calls in the queue constantly! How crazy is that. But its good for me :P Less talking. Heh.

Guess what! I am going back to M'sia in 9 days' time! To give my Mumm dearest a BIG surprise on her birthday! Hehe. I have never done something like that for her before so I guess she is going to be VERY shocked! Can't wait :)

Oh goodness!!

I havent blogged in a while now having stopped my other blog a few months ago. Gotta keep this vibe going on! Blog on urm.... semi anonymity? Lol. Gosh so many things have happened since a few months ago now.... Will try to blog about them one by one to make each of them special instead of cramming them all in one entry. Besides, I am supposed to be in bed now considering I have work at 11am. Its already 1:52am. Time flies when you're having fun huh...

I am also having a massive sore throat... not sure how I am supposed to work tomorrow but I have to... for the dough :P I am a telephone operator by the way and I just got called a "little slut" while at work this afternoon. Hehe. Such is life of a tel-op.
